In this project, I have created homepage design options for HAWS that aim to improve user experience and effectively communicate the organization's mission.
Enhance the user experience of the HAWS website by creating two compelling homepage options that effectively communicate the organization's mission of saving and protecting free-roaming wild horses in the Eastern Slopes of the Rocky Mountains in Alberta.
HAWS is a non-profit organization that promotes and raises awareness about protecting wild horses in Alberta. Managed by wildlife rehabilitation experts, HAWS supports other rescue groups, educates the public, and aims to positively impact the health and well-being of wild horses and their ecosystems.

The header was cleaned up with a white background and the font style changed
Carousel banners showcasing images depicting the organization's care for the horses.
A section was added to present statistics highlighting the organization's achievements.
Inclusion of the organization's mission, vision, and goals.
Footer was reorganized to include quick links and a call-to-action for newsletter sign-ups.
The second option features the following improvements:
Statistics are integrated within the mission and vision section
The banners prominently features an image of the wild horses.
Both header and footer maintain the same style as the first option
A section was added to highlight calls to action, encouraging engagement and involvement with the organization.
